NEW YORK — Police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a 44-year-old woman in the Bronx.

Police say Adalgisa Degara, of the Bronx, was found with multiple stab wounds on a street corner in the Morrisania section at about 8 a.m. Monday. She was taken to Lincoln Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

There have been no arrests.
