Allen Linke, 76, of Columbus, died Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Allen was a farmer and worked as a rural mail carrier.
He graduated from Franklin College.
He enjoyed fishing, arrowhead hunting, gardening, and traveling.
Born on November 2, 1940, in Columbus, Allen was the son of Carl and Thora Lucas Linke. He married Diane Narzowich on October 5, 1963, in Freehold, NJ, and she survives.
Other survivors include children, Sondra (Sean) Barclay of Union, KY, and Jeff (Krista) Linke of Columbus; grandchildren, Julia and Olivia Barclay of Union, KY, and Nathan and Owen Linke of Columbus.
Allen is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Violet Linke.
Viewing will be on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Norman Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Red Cross.
