WHITE SETTLEMENT, Texas — Three North Texas brothers have been arrested on capital murder charges for the fatal shooting of a Fort Worth teenager earlier this month.

Police in the Fort Worth suburb of White Settlement say 17-year-old Kyle Garrison, 18-year-old Tyee Garrison and 23-year-old Sean Garrison were arrested Wednesday. Each is jailed on $200,000 bond while they await arraignment.

Police say they believe Sean Garrison planned to meet an acquaintance, 18-year-old Xavier Olesko on Sept. 18, and he and his brothers planned on robbing Olesko at that meeting where Olesko was fatally shot.

Authorities also say they may be making additional arrests.
