TOWN OF MANCHESTER, Wis. — Sheriff’s officials say two people have died in a weekend highway crash in Jackson County.

The single-vehicle crash happened about 1 a.m. Sunday on Highway 12 in the Town of Manchester. Authorities say both people in the vehicle died at the scene after the driver veered off the highway and crashed.

Investigators say speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
