DOVER, Del. — A 76-year-old man has been charged in a convenience store robbery in Dover.

Police say Roce Barlow was identified by detectives through surveillance footage of the robbery Saturday.

Barlow was arrested without incident and charged with first-degree robbery. He was being held in the James Vaughn Correctional Center in lieu of $10,000 secured bond.
