The Ninth Street Park Neighborhood Watch will host a meeting at 6 p.m. Oct. 23 featuring a talk by Batholomew County Sheriff Matt Myers.
The meeting will be at the Bartholomew County Library conference room, 536 Fifth St. A question-and-answer session is planned as time allows.
The discussion will focus around Bartholomew County Jail operations, jail overcrowding and drug problems in the county.
The meeting is open to all Bartholomew County residents.
