Call it a hybrid of seasonal fun. In what is being billed as a Falloween Fest, people are invited to dance on the Bartholomew County Plaza, 536 Fifth St., and Conversation Plinth installation, play games, make a mask, paint pumpkins, enjoy campfire stories, engage in a scavenger hunt and other activities from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 30.
