Road sign installations slated to start next week

Indiana Department of Transportation will install nearly 400 new regulatory, warning and informational signs along Bartholomew County roads beginning next week.

The signs are part of a $58,715 Local Public Agency sign modernization project. Motorists may experience short delays when flaggers route traffic around worksites.

Installing the signs is expected to continue through mid-November. Michiana Contracting, Plymouth, is the company working on the project.
