ATLANTA — Police have arrested a man accused of shooting another man who refused to hand over his watch outside a popular Atlanta restaurant.

Atlanta police said in a news release Tuesday that 25-year-old Thaddeus Todd was charged in the shooting at JCT Kitchen on Aug. 28 and is also charged in at least five other armed robberies in recent months.

Todd was already in the Fulton County jail on other robbery charges when police connected him to the restaurant shooting.

Police say Todd confronted a man in the parking lot of JCT Kitchen and fired a few rounds at the man after he refused to give Todd his watch. Police say Todd followed the man as he ran into the restaurant and fired at him at least two more times.
