Hauser to play semistate game at Columbus East
The Hauser volleyball team won’t have to travel far for its semistate contest.
The Jets (34-4) will face Barr-Reeve (23-13) at 1 p.m. Saturday at Columbus East. Times and sites were announced Sunday by the IHSAA.
East and Jasper are the two semistate sites for the southern half of the state, and each will host two games Saturday. The second game at East will be a Class 3A contest between Brebeuf Jesuit and Silver Creek.
Hauser advanced to the semistate with wins against Indianapolis Lutheran and Indianapolis Tindley in Saturday’s Morristown Regional.
