Legion to offer benefit for victims’ family

The Columbus American Legion will host a benefit motorcycle ride and post-ride dinner Saturday to benefit the family of Kaylee Rayne and Allison Rayleen Creamer who died in a car accident Oct. 20.

The Legion, at 2515 25th St., Columbus, will offer registration from 10 a.m. to noon, with kickstands up at 12:30 p.m. The ride will go until about 5 p.m. Cost of the ride is $20 per bike, with no additional charge for riders.

A band will begin playing at 4 p.m., and dinner, for $7 per person, will be served starting at 5 p.m. The event will also include raffles, a 50/50 raffle, a photo booth and T-shirts. The event is sponsored by the Chosen Brothers motorcycle club.
