Two Pickleball clinics coming up

The Columbus Pickleball Club is sponsoring several sessions for adults to learn how to play pickleball.

Sessions are planned at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Foundation for Youth, 405 Hope Ave., and at 8:15 a.m. Nov. 18 at Mill Race Center, 900 Lindsey St.

Pickleball is a combination of table tennis, badminton and tennis, played on a 20-foot by 44-foot court with a racquet and wiffle ball. People attending should wear comfortable clothing, proper footwear and bring your own water. Equipment will be provided.

The clinics are free, but the drop-in fee at Foundation for Youth and Mill Race Center is $5. You may purchase a pass for a reduced fee with each organization when you register.
