Ann Marie Williams, 55, of Columbus, died Wednesday November 8, 2017, at Methodist Hospital.

Ann was a postal worker and mail carrier in Columbus for 25 years.

She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 398; and Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 741.

Ann was a graduate of Columbus East High School.

She was artistic and loved to paint. She also loved animals and flowers.

Ann was a great cook and was known for her beef roll-ups.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert J. and Rita (Smith) Williams; and brothers, Michael and David Williams.

Survivors include her loving life partner of 23 years, Mike Winchester of Columbus; sister, Sharon (David) Cocuzza of Somerset, New Jersey; Mike’s children, Travis Winchester of Dayton, Ohio and Michelle Winchester of Fishers; and nephews, Michael and Alexander Cocuzza of Somerset, New Jersey. Also surviving is her loyal four-legged companion, Sofie.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday November 13, 2017 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church with the Rev. James Brockmeier as celebrant. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Myers-Reed Chapel. Additional visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at church.

Memorials in Ann’s name are suggested to the Bartholomew County Humane Society, 4415 E 200 S, Columbus, IN 47201.
