A free seminar on holiday grief will be presented at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the center.
This presentation is designed to help people who are grieving a loss of a loved one during the holiday season. The seminar will include a discussion on ways to cope with the many emotions a grieving person may feel during the holidays. Also, ideas of how to remember loved ones during these holidays will be discussed.
