PEMBERTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — Authorities say a woman died after she was struck by three vehicles on a New Jersey bridge.

KYW reports that the woman was pronounced dead at the scene after she struck at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday on the Pemberton Bypass in Pemberton Township.

Police said the victim was parked off the roadway on the bypass when she got out of her vehicle and walked into the westbound side of the road, where she was struck by three vehicles.

The station reports that all three drivers remained at the scene. One was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. No charges were immediately filed and the accident remains under investigation.
