Charles W. Phipps, originally from Morgantown, and Stacy Sims, originally from Columbus, were married Oct. 28, 2017, at the Abe Martin Lodge Ampitheater in Nashville, in a ceremony performed by the Rev. Ira Holt, grandfather of the bride.
The bride is the daughter of Ray and Judy Sims.
The groom is the son of Chuck R. Phipps and Lori Phipps.
He is a telecommunications project manager.
She is a phlebotomist and medical assistant.
