Wreath-making class at Henry Breeding Farm

The Bartholomew County Historical Society and South Central Indiana Master Gardener Association are sponsoring a wreath workshop at Henry Breeding Farm Barn, 13730 N. County Road 100W.

The sessions will be 10 a.m. to noon Thursday and 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the barn, taught by Jack Schmeckebier, former Irwin Greenhouse head gardener. All supplies will be provided and master gardeners will assist with wreath-making and serving refreshments.

Participants should bring garden gloves and hand clippers and may bring their own ribbon for the wreath, although choices will be available at the workshops.

The fee is $20 and preregistration is required with the historical society. Call 812-372-3541 to register.
