BALTIMORE — Police in Baltimore say two of three suspects in the fatal shooting of a man who resisted a robbery outside a convenience store have been arrested in Atlanta.

Police spokesman T.J. Smith in an email Wednesday afternoon that two people are in police custody in Georgia. He had previously said all three suspects were arrested.

Earlier, a warrant had been issued for 37-year-old Tonya Hayes of Atlanta. Hayes is charged with murder in the warrant.

Alex Wroblewski went to a Royal Farms early Tuesday after work to buy milk and cookies, and was shot in the stomach after leaving the store. He died at a hospital. Police believe Hayes drove two men to the store; one of the men shot Wroblewski, who, Smith says put up a struggle.
