BERKELEY, Mo. — Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting at a gas station in suburban St. Louis.

St. Louis County Police said in a news release that Berkeley police responded Tuesday night to the shooting at a BP gas station and found a man inside suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators believe that the man was shot outside the gas station, possibly on the parking lot, and then entered the building. The name of the victim wasn’t immediately released.
