MADISON, Wis. — Authorities say two men have been hurt in a shooting in Madison.

WISC-TV reports that Madison police responded to a disturbance Thursday morning. Sgt. Eric Tripke says a fight between three men led to a 27-year-old man and a 34-year-old man receiving gunshot wounds that weren’t a threat to their lives.

The injured men were hospitalized. Authorities say a 26-year-old man has been taken into custody.

Tripke says the people involved in the altercation knew each other.
