WILMINGTON, N.C. — Four people have been arrested in connection with the October fatal shooting of a teen in the parking lot of a North Carolina amusement park.

The StarNews of Wilmington reports that 21-year-old Paris Dimitri Duncan was charged Wednesday with first-degree murder, conspiring to sell marijuana and possession of a firearm by a felon in the Oct. 18 death of 19-year-old Christopher Tyler White.

Twenty-year-old Steven Martinez and a 16-year-old are each charged with conspiring to sell marijuana, and a 17-year-old is charged with felony obstruction of justice and possession of a firearm by a minor.

It’s unclear if they have lawyers.

Police say White went with the 17-year-old and two other people to the lot to buy marijuana from Duncan, Martinez and the 16-year-old, and was shot.
