Rose Marie Berry Wildman

VALLONIA

Rose Marie Berry Wildman, 76, of Vallonia, died at 7:15 a.m. on Monday, December 4, 2017 at her home. She had been ill for 6 months.

She attended the Church of Christ in Brownstown. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, camping, country western music, country cruises with her dog Roscoe and most of all she loved spending time with her family and making iced Christmas sugar cookies with her grandchildren.

Rose was born on May 9, 1941 in Lebanon, PA to the late Joe and Cora Nicholas Lerch. She married George Berry, Sr. on December 24, 1960 in Uniontown, IN and preceded her in death on March 9, 2011.

She married Warren Wildman on May 18, 2012 in Bedford, IN and he survives. Other survivors include her children, Richard and Holly Berry, Vallonia, George and Kalli Berry of Medora, and Melissa and Dave Stevenson of Greenwood; grandchildren, Sarah and Donnie Strack, Nathan and Allison Berry, Caitlin and Jimmy Baker, Seth and Reagan Berry, Michael and Trey Berry, Steven and Page Berry, Holly and Anthony Carroll, Jon Berry, Mark & Tori Reynolds, Jaelyn Reynolds, Josh and Sam Stevenson; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Philip and Andrea Lerch and Joe and Mary Lerch both of Lebanon, PA; 2 sisters, Aggie Buckmoyer and Beth and Paul Sweinhart both of Lebanon, PA.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, a brother, John Lerch, a daughter, Dawn Berry and a granddaughter, Laura Jean Berry.

Funeral Services will be conducted at Johnson Funeral Home on Friday, December 8th at 11:00 a.m. with Michael Hogg officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday, December 7th from 4-8 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will take place at the Vallonia Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Medora Goes Pink and Schneck Medical Center Hospice.
