COLUMBUS
Matthew Michael Allen Schrelick, infant son of Justin A. and Sarah A. Parker Schrelick of Columbus, died at 12:16 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017 at St. Vincent Women’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
Matthew was born November 25, 2017 in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his parents; his twin brother, Caleb Aaron Harrison Schrelick; grandparents, Andrea and Chris Murray of Columbus, Robert and Melody Parker Jr. of Michigan, Amber Schrelick and Mark Schrelick, both of Columbus; great-grandparents, Michael and Brenda Rathbun of Michigan, Dannie and Mary Murray of Tennessee, Robert and Joan Parker Sr. of Michigan and Henry and Jane Stitsworth of Brown County; great-great-grandparents, Raymond and Lucy Foust, and Cecil Campbell, all of Michigan and Stanley Fields of Columbus.
Matthew was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Jan Rathbun and James and Barbara Schrelick.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Pastor Randy Burton officiating. Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. to time of service Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Daugherty Cemetery.
