Three arrested on drug-related charges after Jennings County home search

JENNINGS COUNTY — Jennings County Sheriff’s deputies and Indiana State Police arrested three people after a home search at 2236 Avonshire Court in Country Squire Lakes.

Sheriff deputies and parole agents located methamphetamine, syringes, marijuana, pills and paraphernalia during the search at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, said Lt. Mike Mowery, Jennings County Sheriff’s Department spokesman.

Arrested were North Vernon residents Charles Williams, 36, Christina Rodgers, 42, and Natasha Mosier, 34, Mowery said.

Each faces preliminary charges of:

  • Felony dealing in methamphetamine
  • Felony dealing in a controlled substance
  • Felony possession of methamphetamine
  • Felony possession of a controlled substance
  • Felony possession of paraphernalia
  • Misdemeanor possession of marijuana

Rodgers was also charged with felony possession of a syringe, Mowery said.

Williams is being held at the Jennings County Jail in lieu of $20,055 bond as he was already out on bond from a previous arrest, Mowery said.

The bond for Rodgers and Mosier was set at $1,055 each, Mowery said.

Assisting at the scene were Jennings County Sheriff Gary Driver, Chief Deputy Jeff Day and K9 handler Sgt. Allen Ritchie.
