BLOOMINGTON
Michael Paul Higgins, 49, of Bloomington, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017 in Bloomington.
He was born February 29, 1968 in Indianapolis. He was the son of Jack W. Higgins of Bradenton, Florida and Brenda (McCarty) Higgins of Columbus.
He is survived by his parents; a son, Michael James Higgins Rose of Kentucky; a grandson, Theoden Rose of Kentucky; and a sister, Michelle Martin of Bloomington.
He was formally employed as manager of Sparkle Car Wash in Columbus.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, December 15, 2017 by the Rev. Randy Denton at Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church in Edinburgh. Calling will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
