Holiday Winners
The 27th annual Festival of Lights Parade has announced trophy winners from its Dec. 2 event.
The parade’s top award, The Marshal’s Trophy, was presented to Dorel Juvenile Group (pictured). The Celebration of Diversity was presented to the Cummins Diversity Choir.
