State Road 252 between Interstate 65 and Flat Rock in southwest Shelby County will reopen to traffic next week. The road, which was closed starting in March for widening, reconstruction and resurfacing, will reopen Wednesday, the Indiana Department of Transportation said. The state highway is an east-west corridor, just north of Bartholomew County, often used by county residents commuting between Edinburgh and Hope.
