Eric Frey II, executive director of the Administrative Resource Association and Southern Indiana Housing CDC in Columbus, was selected to serve on the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis’ Affordable Housing Advisory Council.
He will serve for a three-year term.
The council is comprised of 12 community and non-profit leaders involved in providing or promoting low- and moderate-income housing lending in Indiana and Michigan.
The council reviews affordable housing needs across the two states and advises the Indianapolis bank on its efforts to carry out its housing finance and community investment mission. The group provides recommendations to the bank’s board of directors regarding affordable housing credit products and program priorities.
