The Bartholomew County Health Department will offer screening by appointment only for total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, HDL and hemoglobin on the morning of Jan. 9 at 2675 Foxpointe Drive, Suite B.
The cost is $15 for the cholesterol screening and $2 for the hemoglobin screening. Cash, debit and credit cards will be accepted.
Participants may sign up for both screenings. Fasting is required 12 hours prior to the cholesterol screening.
