NORWICH, Conn. — Connecticut State Police say a woman has been charged with manslaughter in connection with a crash that killed one of her passengers and injured herself and another passenger.

Police say 23-year-old Victoria Berube was arrested Sunday on multiple charges including second-degree manslaughter and driving under the influence in connection to a June crash on Interstate 395 in Norwich. The Day reports Berube is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Norwich Tuesday.
