DELAWARE CITY, Del. — A Delaware woman is accused of stabbing her boyfriend, who was also arrested.

News outlets report Delaware City Police Chief David L. Baylor says an argument between 25-year-old Colleen K. Floyd and 34-year-old Jayson G. Armstrong shortly before 1 a.m. Monday escalated into a physical altercation culminating in a stabbing with a sharp instrument.

Armstrong fled in a car and was arrested at his home without incident. He’s charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Floyd was arrested without incident at her home and charged with one count of second-degree assault, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

It’s unclear if they have lawyers.
