MANCHESTER, Conn. — Authorities say an employee was shot at a restaurant in a Connecticut shopping center and the suspect has fled.

Manchester Police Capt. Christopher Davis says a male employee was shot at the Bonchon Chicken at the Plaza at Buckland Hills Saturday afternoon. The employee was taken to the hospital and his condition was not immediately known.

Davis says the suspect fled the scene. He says in a tweet that it appears to be an “isolated incident.”

No other details were immediately available.
