ST. LOUIS — Authorities say a driver has been arrested in a deadly hit-and-run crash in St. Louis.

KSDK-TV reports that the driver sped off after hitting a man Tuesday night in the northern part of the city. Police say the driver then made a U-turn and came back toward the scene. Police say an officer spotted the car and pulled over the driver.

Police say the suspect is cooperating. The name of the victim wasn’t immediately released.
