SANDY, Ore. — Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian in Sandy, Oregon.

Officer Sam Craven of the Sandy Police Department says evidence shows the person was struck Tuesday night in the westbound lanes of Highway 26.

The pedestrian’s name will be released after family is notified.
