A bottle of bleach was taken from the display shelves and placed in the dish-washing area. The employee was given instructions on the proper method of using the three-compartment sink. Hand-washing sinks are to be used for no other purpose but hand-washing and must be kept clean. A scouring pad was stored in the hand-washing sink located near the three compartment sink. Working containers of toxic items must be clearly labeled with the common name of their contents. A spray bottle of cleaning agent was not labeled. Food and single-service items must be protected against contamination by proper storage of toxic items. A can of insecticide was stored next to single service items in the storage area next to the office.
