COLUMBUS
William T. Goddard, 91, of Columbus, died at 11:52 p.m. January 9, 2018, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
He was born November 21, 1926, in Greensburg, to Miles T. and Dorothy Nelle Jenkins Goddard.
He married Marilyn Montgomery November 28, 1954.
He graduated from Purdue University and retired from Ashland Oil Inc.
William was an avid golfer.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, 2626 17th Street, Columbus, IN 47201; or the donor’s choice of charity.
William is survived by his wife, Marilyn; sons, Richard T. (Lori) Goddard of Fishers and John M. Goddard of Nashville, Tennessee; a brother, Don Goddard of Charlotte, North Carolina; and grandchildren, James T. (Sarah) Goddard, David L. Goddard, Clay M. Goddard and Cris R. Goddard.
