Heather Ross and Ryan Skaggs were married Sept. 9, 2017, at Indiana Memorial Union in a ceremony performed by John Skaggs. A reception followed at the union.
The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Deborah Ross of Bloomington and formerly of Columbus. She is an administrative assistant.
The groom is the son of Dan Skaggs and Becky and Greg Lewis, all of Noblesville. He is a K-9 police officer.
Jennifer Ross of Chicago was the maid of honor. Jennifer Canada, Katy Waggoner, Katie Berns, Celina Thomas and Elizabeth Bodamer, all of Bloomington, were bridesmaids. The flower-bearer was Ava Thomas of Bloomington.
The best man was Andrew Skaggs of Noblesville. Groomsmen were Chris Moore of Bloomington, Bill Ross of Seattle, Washington, Garth Vanleeuwen of Martinsville, Nick Luce of Bloomington and Zack Petry of Lapel. Ushers were Bill Ross, Chris Moore and Andrew Skaggs. Ring-bearers were Knox Waggoner and Hudson Berns, both of Bloomington.
The couple resides in Bloomington.
