SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.
Anthony “Tony” Campbell, 47, of San Francisco, California, passed away on Monday, Jan. 8, 2018.
Tony was born May 1, 1970, to Ron and pat Campbell in Columbus, Indiana.
Tony was a resident of San Francisco, California, and worked as a sales account executive with Anthem Blue Cross in San Francisco.
Tony is survived by his parents, Ron and Pat Campbell of Hope; a sister, Kim (Travis) Cheek; and nieces, Alexis and Makenzie Cheek, all of Columbus.
Tony was preceded in death by a brother, Chris Campbell.
A private service will be held at a later date in San Francisco, California.
