Does anyone believe the premium-quality, “Official Business” mailings we’re getting from U.S. Rep. Luke Messer, R-Ind., are informational and not campaign literature? Does anyone see the irony of Messer using our money (prepared, published and mailed at taxpayer expense) for full-color, oversized glossy photos to brag about the end of the Affordable Care Act individual mandate?
