Miss Williams is the daughter of John Williams of Indianapolis and the late Peggy Williams. She is a systems administrator with the State of Indiana Office of Technology.
Miss Belt is the daughter of Tami Copple of Franklin and Dwayne Huell of Columbus. She is a systems administrator with the State of Indiana Office of Technology.
The wedding is set for Feb. 24 at the Indiana State Museum.
