Jay S. Lambert, 87, passed away January 29, 2018.
Survivors include two daughters, Carol J. Byford (Jim) and Judy Foist (Gary); four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Cremation services were entrusted to Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg.
