Regarding the proposed ordinance for the registration of rental property, I agree with the police department, the fire department, the office of code enforcement and the upstanding landlords I know in thinking that every landlord should be reachable and responsible when there are problems surrounding a property.
The landlords opposing this ordinance seem to be those with something to hide.
