ALBANY, N.Y. — Police in New York state say they will once again step up road patrols around the Super Bowl on Sunday.

State troopers say they will join local law enforcement agencies to increase patrols and sobriety checkpoints until 3 a.m. on Monday.

Last year, state police arrested 110 people for impaired driving and issued more than 4,098 tickets during their enforcement crackdown.
