Purdue Extension in Bartholomew County will be hosting a pair of fruit tree pruning workshops this month.
The workshops will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 16 and 17 and will feature Purdue Extension educator Kris Medic. During the workshops, participants will be able to learn the basics of fruit tree pruning, pruning safety and will also be able to see and learn about different kinds of pruning tools.
The address of the workshop location will be provided to individuals who register online, with each workshop limited to 25 people. Those who attend are asked to dress for the weather and bring pruners and gloves.
