PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Stone Gettings had 23 points and 10 rebounds and Cornell rolled to 78-60 victory over Brown on Friday night.
Cornell (9-11, 3-4 Ivy League) has won three of its last four games while Brown (10-10, 3-4) has lost three of four.
Gettings was 10 of 15 from the field, added four assists and blocked three shots. Matt Morgan had 19 points and seven assists for the Big Red. Steven Julian chipped in 10 points.
Desmond Cambridge made four 3-pointers and scored 26 points to lead Brown. It was his sixth 20-point game of the season. Cambridge was 9 of 24 from the field while the rest of the team combined for 12-of-43 shooting (28 percent).
Cornell built a 47-35 halftime lead, and opened the second half with a 10-4 surge and cruised from there.
