BALTIMORE — A flood watch has been issued by the National Weather Service for parts of Maryland.

The flood watch issued Sunday includes northern Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties, as well as Prince George’s and Charles counties.

The weather service says about 2 to 3 inches of rain has been reported, and added rainfall of up to 1 inch is possible in the late afternoon and evening.
