WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Authorities say they have charged three men with murder and kidnapping in the beating of a man found dead inside a trash bin in North Carolina.

Winston-Salem police announced the arrests Friday, almost six weeks after 40-year-old Curtis Farrow’s body was found on Jan. 20

Authorities say Edward Nelson was arrested Thursday. A second man, Quincy Valentine had his charges upgraded from concealment of a death after his Jan. 26 arrest.

Police said in a news release they are looking for 26-year-old Rayshaun Hall on similar charges in Farrow’s death.

Investigators say Farrow was beaten to death in a different place and dumped in the trash bin. They have not said why Farrow may have been killed.

It wasn’t known if any of the suspects had lawyers.
