Applications are being accepted for the 2018 Heritage Fund Organizational Excellence Request for Proposals.
The goal of the project is to support nonprofits serving Bartholomew County to grow organizational capacity and achieve program and operational excellence. The Heritage Fund — The Community Foundation of Bartholomew County has allocated up to $100,000 for this grant program.
An organization may seek funding for activities such as strategic planning, board or leadership development, communications strategy, fundraising planning, network and information technology systems improvement, succession planning and productivity improvements.
