SOUTH EL MONTE, Calif. — Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responding early Friday to a shooting report in South El Monte found a wounded man, another five blocks away and a third at a hospital.

Deputy Trina Schaeder tells City News Service there was apparently a shooting at a bar and the victims started driving themselves to the hospital.

The three are expected to survive.
