SEATTLE — A 15-year-old girl is recovering after being shot in a Seattle neighborhood.

Police say officers responded to a report of a shooting around 8:15 p.m. Saturday at a residential address in Leschi. Medics took the teen to Harborview Medical Center.

Authorities say the teen’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

Police say a party had been held at the home earlier in the evening. Authorities say several people who had not been invited were asked to leave the home.

Three to five shots were fired a short time later from outside. The teen was standing inside the house when she was struck by a bullet that went through the front door.

No arrests have been made.
